In the app
- Open the Doorstep app and sign in.
- Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete account, read the confirmation, and tap Delete account again.
The deletion happens straight away and you are signed out on every device. If one of your orders is being shopped or delivered at that moment, the app asks you to wait until it has arrived, so that the courier can still reach you.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@softserve.co.ls from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm by email once it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, your name, email address and phone number.
- Your sign-in links to Google or Apple, your password if you set one, and every active session.
- Any order that had not been started, which is cancelled.
What is kept
Records of past orders, with their items, amounts and dates, are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. They are no longer linked to you: the name, phone number, email address, delivery address and location on each of them are removed when the account is deleted.
